$25.00 charge is a deposit for your Holiday order. Your deposit will be subtracted from the total price when you pick up your order and the exact weight is known. Please indicate in the customer comments section of your order what size roast you prefer and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
The Cradled Rib Roast offers all the flavor of a bone in roast, while also affording the ease of caving once the roast is complete. This roast is prepared by the butchers removing the bones and tying them back to the roast with twine. It is at its best when slowly cooked over several hours to release all of its rich fats and juices.
